Because our 3D printed jewelry and art prints are custom-made or produced in limited runs, all items are considered Final Sale. We do not accept standard returns or exchanges.

However, we want you to love your unique piece. If there is a major issue with your order, we review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for Case-by-Case Exceptions

If an exception is approved by our team, the return must strictly adhere to the following conditions:

• The item must be completely unused, undamaged, and unworn.

• The item must be in its original packaging (including protective sleeves for art prints and boxes/pouches for jewelry) with all tags still attached.

• You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We take great care in crafting and packaging your items, but 3D prints can be delicate and art prints can occasionally be bent in transit.
